Cartridge change interval:

Recommended cartridge replacement about every 6 months according to DIN 1988 (depending on tap water quality).

If you wish, WALUTEC will automatically send you a new replacement cartridge every 6 months.

24-month warranty on the metal housing, consumables such as filters are excluded from the warranty due to the unforeseeable pollution in tap water. The specified filter times have been tested with normal tap water qualities in Germany and may deviate in the event of increased dirt caused by pipework or silting up in the hot water tank.
